Hello, I have CComment on my Joomla website since about 2 years. When I requested support I was told that the problem was the cache. I asked for a clarification and the support indeed attempted to explain me what was happening however I was not able to understand it. When asked for a simpler explanation I was given another complex message and I was made to feel like I was disturbing, so I did not continue to bother (I can definately undertand that custom support is a paid service).
In any case still today the website SOMETIMES is not loading comments and I cannot understand why. Does anyone have this kind of problem?
Attached a screenshot I took to the page that shows what is happening. (This is a link to a page that has the problem https://goo.gl/eAIFZx)
I am not sure why this is happening?! Maybe it's a Javascript problem/conflict or maybe a cache problem. Maybe the extension is not working well with Siteground Supercacher. I am writing here to see if there is anyone that found this problem and has a solution. Thanks in advance.
