Hi there,

This is my first attempt to install the product and all seemed to go well. The component is installed and appears to be working. However when posting a comment you hit the send button and get the spinning arrows...but nothign happens. The arrows spin for minutes at a time and I have to back out of the page eventually to continue on with anything else.

Any suggestions?
