I installed CComments 5.5.3 on Joomla 2.5.28. I can see all the comments, but when a new comment is published, it doesn't show up. Could some kind person, please help me find a solution?

I don't want to lose my comments at the time trying to resolve this issue. Is there a way to uninstall the CComments 5.5.3, or could I reinstall the previous version I had on Joomla 2.5.28 before I upgraded it to 5.5.3?

Thank you in advance for any support at this time. I have people waiting on me for this and there is no support until Nov 3rd.
