Is it possible to display the comment form on the top of the article and also display the most recent comments on the top? Recently my articles have been getting dozens and dozens of comments, and I think it would encourage even more people to comment if they didn't have to find the comment form (at the bottom of the page).
I don't think I saw this option natively -- is it already in configuration?
