Resolved CMC 4.1.0 400 Error

Since the upgrade to CMC 4.1.0, visitors to my site (https://www.southshenandoah.net/) get these error messages upon clicking the Subscribe button:



400: The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the 'errors' array.



Required fields were not provided: email_address



Schema describes string, NULL found instead


What's going on? How to correct it? Thanks.
