Hi there - per your suggestion, I have decided to change hosting provide to one with mysql 5.0 support.

I am installing comments, and I got the following errors:

error when moving /home/jamesjch/public_html/administrator/components/com_comment/plugin/joscomment.php
TO /home/jamesjch/public_html/plugins/content/joscomment.php

If your joomla installation is not in UTF-8, check and set if necessary the charset parameter in the joomlacomment setting !!



So I manually moved these files to their respective folders. The back-end looks fine, but the front end is not showing up anywhere on the website.

I've double-checked all the configuration settings, and everything is as should be. ???
