I think the CDATA for the language packs should be in the cTransifex project config or at least in the main config, not in the language strings.
And maybe a more neutral line as not all projects are from OpenTranslators

This makes all language packs to display the same translation for the CData! Or do I need to install more language packs?

For our project I've added a simple Joomla language file override which takes care of this.
(You might have noticed that already)
