Description of my issue:

Follow-up to Ticket #1706 CComment Pro 5.1 missing installer plug-in

When I upgraded from Pro 5.1 to Pro 5.2.1 via LiveUpdate I received an "Install path does not exist" error and plg_installer_ccomment was not installed. (sample attached in first picture)

I downloaded the install and tried again using it. Same basic error. JLIB_INSTALLER_ABORT_NONINSTALLPATH and plg_installer_ccomment not installed (sample attached in second picture)
