I have just purchased and installed the Hotspots component. However, I cannot get it to produce a menu item for a single hotspot. I have the same problem as I found another user on the the forum experiencing, where it lets you select your hotspot in the popup window that appears, but then gives you no way of saving it, so it is not actually available. You cannot enter it directly in the form, without going into the popup. I have tried this, following your documentation, and even used 3 different web browsers (Firefox, Safari and Chrome) in case that was the problem.
So, I then tried using the plugin, with the syntax shown on the site, {hotspots hotspot=id_of_hotspot}, but then get the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JModel::addIncludePath() in /home/totneywi/public_html/plugins/content/hotspots/hotspots.php on line 104
As I cant work out how to fix this myself, I would be grateful for a fix. I need this to be working urgently for a client's site.
Thanks
