Description of my issue:
Per ticket #1120, several unregistered users were able to post without putting a name or supplying an email address. This despite the fact that the setting requiring these was set properly. They did this by clicking the link showing "Posting as anonymous". Once the link is clicked, the note and boxes requiring name and email disappeared and these requirements are no longer enforced. The comment then appeared as user anonymous and no email supplied.
I tried changing the text to something like "Use another name, not anonymous" but then that appeared as the user name. Finally I used the solution in ticket #1120.
No action required. This is a follow up to ticket #1120.
