Resolved Can the comments forms show on category blog pages?

I recently changed my blog page from showing only article intros to full articles:
https://qustom.com/blog

However the comments form only shows on each individual article page, like here:
https://qustom.com/blog/last-summer-swell-in-waikiki

Since most people will now be staying on the main blog page, they will likely never see the comments form for each article. Can they displayed there at the end of each article?
