Hi,

Just paid for Ccomment light and been through the payment process but when I clicked on the download link to get the software I got a 403 error. I was then unable to go back to the previous page as it had timed out. I've had a look around the site and nothing is appearing in my subscriptions for downloading the files but I do have a download ID for updating the software.

I also have a printed receipt and email receipt to confirm purchase.

Please advise.
