Description of my issue:

Hi I have set up the comments so that they can only be posted by registered users - a couple of questions:

A - Is there a way to change the text of the bit at the bottom that says 'You are not authorised to post comments.' to Please login or register to leave a comment and maybe a link?

B - Is there a way to set it so that once someone has a comment approved they do not need to be moderated in future?

C - Is there a way to make sure that users cannot post hyperlinks in the comments?
