 Hi Daniel,

I found a bug in editing existing hotspot from front end.

For instance, considering an existing hotspot created_by = 123 and superadmin = 1, I inserted edition following link in hotspot.php override:

<?php if ($User->authorise('core.admin', 'com_hotspots')) : ?>
<div class="row text-center">
<a class="btn btn-lg btn-danger" href="/<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_hotspots&task=form.edit&id=' . $this->hotspot->id); ?>">
<?php echo JText::_('JACTION_EDIT'); ?>
</a>
</div>
<?php endif; ?>

This link is only accessible for hotspots admin.

However, when I edit and save, as superadmin, created_by is saved with superadmin id (in this case it's 1, as it should stay 123). Only modified_by should be changed to 1.

Please change part of controller which drives this task.

Regards
Michel
