Resolved Bookingfields not working correct

Hi there,

I seem to be having issues with the Bookingfields and them not being displayed on the booking page.

Attached i have a screenshot of the field i have created yet it does not display on the booking page once the user has signed up.

Please could you maybe advise me, your docs are limited to common sense setup :(
