Is this a bug or is there some design reason for this?

When creating a Booking Field, if I select 'per place' the field only shows if it is of type 'select' or 'text'.

If I use 'radio' or 'checkbox' the field only appears at the top of the registration form - for the entire form, no 'per place'.
