Resolved Blank page error like everybody else

So, i have take my time to read all the other errors.
But nothing actually works.

Some info:
I am getting this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /administrator/components/com_comment/plugin/com_content/josc_com_content.class.php on line 38

My host is supporting PHP5.
