I've successfully migrated my development site. I went to the Default Booking Form and it shows only a blank page with only the word Loading.. but it doesn't load anything. It shows a broken link next to the word loading.

When I went to the Bookings page to open each booking it states: "Edit the general booking form in the backend first." The events are Free,which I did click on that button as well as selected the Limited Participants tab. I've tried it on Opera and Google web browsers. How do I access the Default Booking Form? Thanks!
