Reg the barcodescanning funktion.

When processing booking / generating ticket, the bar-code looks right, and are scanable, but from here, it seems functionallity is not up running - or ?
I run into 403 link mess. / You are not not allowed. .. Is it because i someshere need to use logins / and if, at which step?
Or Is there something that has to be setup. I cant find it. See attached ticket. This is the link from the mobilephone barcode link:
