How about an auto-complete places search to make it easy to find locations when making a hotspot map submission? For example, begin typing the name of a place (business, etc) and there's a drop down list with suggestions. This is so much easier and more intuitive way for most people to identify the location they want to submit. The street address and manual pin drop method are great too, but secondary in ease to a place search.
