When the admin receives email notification for a new comment, the links for 'click here' text are not working links.

The site owner sent me this email asking me how to find the comment, and that is when I noticed that those two 'click here' texts are not links in this email.
In the backend, in email queue, those are working links. When a user had included a link in their comment, that is a working link in the email and the queue.

Also, I did not see where to edit this email template, but that is not the top issue here.
I do need these links to be 'clickable' when the admin receives it. I can forward you an email if you want to see for yourself.

Also, when I attempt to edit the email in the email queue, I get this message:
"An error has occurred.
0 No ccomment configuration exist for" ...not sure if this is related.
