Wir nutzen Matukio 2.1.1.
Wir erhalten bei der Anmeldung an neuen Events und beim Versand von z.B. Stornierungsmails einen Fehler:
Die folgende Absenderadresse ist nicht korrekt: info@unseredomain.de
Allerdings nutzen wir das System schon monatelang und der Fehler tritt erst seit kurzem auf. Die Mails scheinen aber trotz Fehler versendet zu werden.
Was können wir tun um diesen Bug zu beheben?
Der Mailserver scheint korrekt eingetragen zu sein, sonst würden die Bestätigungsmails nicht rausgehen.
Vielleicht kannst Du uns helfen?
