Hello Daniel, I've think a thing.
Would be nice a plugin that automatically insert in a map the events that will be insert from jomsocial events calendar.

the idea in frontend is a check box that ask you: do you want insert this event in the map?
in backend the options about this checkbox will be: "checked" "unchecked" by default and "show this option in frontend" "no/yes"

Naturally it take only the the end date of the events (not the start date) and automatically it delete (or unpublish) the events when pass the end date!

Another idea for the maps is that
When we have a lot of hotspots in the maps you can show a circle with the number of hotspot by country instead all of hotspots
when someone click in the number it show all hotspot of the country that he have clicked on.
