TOPIC: Does hot spot Pro work as we require?

Hi,

We are interested in buying hot spot Pro extension. but We have few questions, please answer them:
(1) We have to create a map which has 7000 marker icons of Jomsocial users, SOBI Pro items and Jomsocial events at a time. So is it possible to show them all at a time?
(2) We have found in your documentation that there is feature to import SOBI Pro listings, so what if there is new SOBI Pro listing added in the site or any existing SOBI Pro listing is updated? Is synchronization available for it?

We currently don't have a sync option for sobi PRO & we also don't have support for Jomsocial events.

We have a plugin that would automatically add any new jomsocial user or a user that updates his location to the map.

Yes, you can. You can start with as many categories you wish. You can read what I'm changing in version 4 over here:

There it should be actually normal that you start with all categories loaded.

Browse around our demo site. The hotspots demo has 90 000 locations in one of the categories! This is the speed you'll get. With 4.0 it will be even faster.
Judging by our demo and by the fact that we have some people with 1000s of markers and they have never complained - I don't think that it should slow down your site.
