TOPIC: Hotspots 4.0 beta 1

After more than an year of scratching my head, writing code, deleting code, writing code again, deleting code again I decided that it is time to release the first beta of Hotspots 4.0.
In the past I've blogged about the things that are going to change:

And now Hotspots is here for you to test.

Core version:

Please download it, install it on your test servers and give it a go!

For those of you who are to lazy to download and install it, I've setup a demo of the latest version over here:
labs.compojoom.com/hotspots

Give it a try and let me know what you think. Please share your findings now. I'll make sure to take them into account and try to fix everything for the next beta.

Here is a list with the known issues. I'll update this list on the base of your comments:
Different marker icons for address search and active hotspot
Different marker icon for my position and active hotspot
Show pagination on top of the list as well
When clicking on the small dots (tile markers) show the info about the hotspot in the menu
Smoothscroll in menu doesn't always behave correctly
When menu is closed and the user clicks on a hotspot -> open it and center on this hotspot
Change arrow direction when menu opens
Show loading indication when the user searches for an address
Add live update using joomla's updater

Are you using hotspots 4.0 stable?

As Josh said - are you using the latest stable version 4.0.6?

Okay, the problem was with the package - it was missing the compojoom library. Please download it again, and try to install it. It should work this time.
