TOPIC: Can't download pro version

i HAVE DONE the paymenet today, but can't have access to the pro version. download section has only the free version. i have purchased the light CComent pro

Could you please tell me how to access to the pro version ?

Sorry for the troubles. We had issues with our hosting provider today. You should be now able to download the extension.

But i can't find the pro version only the core free version.

This is exactly the location. Log off, then login again and you should see the download.
When you came back from paypal after your payment, wasn't there an option to download now? Still trying to understand how some people end up not being able to download the extension.

Did you come back to the site at all? Or did you open it in another window?

I think we should log off then login after payment to have access to the pro.
But after payment i just seen information of suscribtion, but nothiing was opened in new window
