Hey Ulf,
The error in the console is this:
DeletedApiProjectMapError Error

Your API project may have been deleted from the Google Developers Console. Please check the project for which you generated the API key that's included in JavaScript API loader. You can create a new API project and get a new key on the Google Developers Console.

So, it seems that you've provided a google maps API key, but it's no longer associated with the project?

Regards,
Daniel

Is it a Browser key or Server Key i should use. I tried both with no success.
Can it be some compatibility issues when i use the JCEConnect for example?
I attached a screenshot of both API i tried out

I have successfully installed the Hotspot map on an other site and it worked without filling in the API key
The site i have problem with did not work from beginning without the API key.
I did not get it to work after I created an API key.
Seems like something in this site is conflicting or overriding the API key.
I have previously installed
JCEConnect for social media
OSmap free
OSmeta free
Webmaster site verification
Any ideas

The error message is coming from google maps. You can check the description of the errors here.
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#deverrorcodes

I see 2 errors for this site:
"Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error"
"Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys"

I don't see any other javascript error that could prevent the map from loading.

Daniel

It works now.
What i did was from the developer page, google maps API, chose google maps Java script API.
The page told me i already have an API that could be used or i could make a new.
I clicked on the listed "browser API" that i already had.
Then it worked.

I dont know how i got this wrong the first time but after 3 cups of coffe it now works
Case closed
thanks
