This answer is my own answer on my own ticket:
https://compojoom.com/support/support-tickets/matukio/2222-conflict-in-bootstrap-min-js-on-handheld-device

Which i was not able to post!

First) i congratulate you for Matukio. It looks great!
2) i congratulate you for your marketing skills. I purchased matukio because i saw on demo a google map of events. As a result, this is another extension which i need to purchase! Well done!

3) i would like to say that the error " #2222 – Conflict in bootstrap.min.js on handheld device" is produce from fresh and new installation of joomla 3.3 with default template Protostar. So all these explanation you gave doesn't worth anything to me or anyone else. A professional extension like matukio supposed to work without any single issue with protostar and no 3rd extension loaded!

4) i don't like the fact that you close ticket so easily and no possibility for the publisher to post his own answer.

5) you should add a module "my ticket" in order to gondirectly to the solution of our issues. Professional Joomla developper install kunena for public ticket and ticket extension for private issues. Before to close a ticket, you should ask your customer that issue was fixed! This would be a professinal behaviour

6) i still love matukio and i hope 2 things:
- you will not get offended by my critics. I tried to critic in order to improve quality
- you will help me to fix my issues

Have a nice weekend

Kind regards

Nino

This is not your ticket - it's by dharrison and you can't write into other tickets. We also did not close any of your tickets - this ticket is also closed.. (going to reopen it).

2) i congratulate you for your marketing skills. I purchased matukio because i saw on demo a google map of events. As a result, this is another extension which i need to purchase! Well done!

On the header of that page we describe that this page is done by Hotspots - which is a very advanced google maps manager and worth every cent. Matukio also has a map module, which shows all events on a map.

3) i would like to say that the error " #2222 – Conflict in bootstrap.min.js on handheld device" is produce from fresh and new installation of joomla 3.3 with default template Protostar. Which error?! As you can see on our demo page (Joomla default template) Matukio is working fine and we don't have any issues with it.. At least on all mobile devices we tested.. Are you sure you linked to the same ticket?

4) i don't like the fact that you close ticket so easily and no possibility for the publisher to post his own answer.

We did not close any ticket - this one is closed too - maybe you tried to make the ticket private and missed the correct button?!

5) you should add a module "my ticket" in order to gondirectly to the solution of our issues. Professional Joomla developper install kunena for public ticket and ticket extension for private issues. Before to close a ticket, you should ask your customer that issue was fixed! This would be a professinal behaviour

I repeat we don't close any tickets.. And you can set wether the ticket should be private or public at the top..

Kind regards,

Yves
