Attempting to purchase Tiles. However, I cannot get past the attached errors, no matter how many times I check the boxes. I check the boxes, but the checkmarks disappear.

Most probably the issue is that the subscription form doesn't output the error messages in red next to the boxes. In your case you have most probably didn't enter a full name. And as you can see the error below the input field for full name says "Your full name is required" - untill you enter a full name the system won't get you to the next step.
