1. A person goes through the booking process but either does not go to payment or their payment declines - they're still sent tickets. Why? I don't want that and it's causing a lot of grief for my client. She ONLY has paid events - never free, and no door sales. I have Settings | Advanced | New bookings Active set to No. Surely this should stop this happening (I actually asked this on Glip but never received an answer what this setting did). This is of critical importance to have either fixed (if it's not working right) or explained so I can set it right.
2. Despite setting dates to American style in Settings, the dates are saved in the format Year/month/day in the database. Is this the European way? Very confusing having the year first.
3. On the booking page, tried to find where to change Surname to Last Name - expected to find in the language file but it wasn't there.
4. Another question asked, but unanswered, on Glip. When using a listing menu option, if I click "Current Events" in the filter section on the left, it SHOULD only show me current events. It doesn't - it shows ALL events on the calendar. This makes filtering to find events impossible when my client is trying to find her bookings.
