TOPIC: Matukio 5.3

Dear Matukio-Team,
I just find out the release of Matukio 5.3 is planned for the first quarter of 2016.
Will the tag-system be implemented already in this version?
(I am about to convince a client, who needs combinable filters.)
And … I didn't figure out if one can use custom fields as a filter. Is it possible?

Hi Christiane,

yes the tag system is going to be in Matukio 5.3. (It's already finished, you can try it out in the developer version). Filtering will be possible from the joomla tags component (Where the tag elements are linking to). Maybe also from the event-list, but not sure if it's ready with 5.3.0 or if it's going to come a bit later.

Will you be able to enter multiple events and then process payment in the one Paypal transaction? For example, enter one event then go back and enter another before paying for both?
Not being able to do so is the only limitation that's stopping me from using Matukio.

no this is currently not possible. Maybe in a later version there is going to be a group booking form.
