TOPIC: Email

Hi, another question, I would like to format the Email that is sent to those whoe book an event. Right now it looks as in the screen attached and have to add a logo and other CI colours. Which file do I have to edit and is there a way to edit and format them online so I dont have to send mails every time I make a change to the file?

Hi Wolfram,

just adjust the email template in the configuration of Matukio in the backend, this is pure HTML with WYSIWYG editor - you can add any content you like including images (just use absolute URLs). No need to change any files.

Hi, me again.

Back to Emails. Can I duplicate the confirm booking email. I need a template for booking an event and an different email template when one books a webinar.
I am in Config => Email Templates. I would need a duplicate and name it "email for webinars".

Is that possible?

Hi Oliver,

you can override the text per event (Overrides Tab in event edit creation), but not have it two times
