Hi, why when install JoomSef component comments not loading... always show "laoding...." and never show, when i disable on one link sef, loading fine all comments.

You would have to ask the authors of that component.
From what I can see it's not working, because the erquest to fetch the comments www.apskaitosmokykla.lt/garantijos-ir-at...=29&component=com_k2 is being stolen by something and it doesn't return the comments.
You would need to talk with the developers of joomsef about that.
