Use it with what? We are not restricting you to use it, but for hotspots and matukio there are only ccomment integrations.

When members found the hot spot they can leave comment using komento module

The Komento developers need to make a plugin and then it will work with Hotspots. We've made a plugin for CComment, but I'm not starting to make one for komento
