TOPIC: Matukio: show the tutors in the events

Hi there,
I want to show the organizer and the tutors in the events. The organizer, in my case, should be the person that creates and manage events (the joomla user) and he or she must be able to select or add one or more tutors. Visitors can select events not only (as now) by organizer but also by tutor.

Can you tell me if this is possible right now?

Hi Marcel,

no this is not possible. The tutor is the fallback for the organizer (which will be removed in a later version).

You can just use event custom fields to achieve what you are asking for (Except the selection)

Thanks for your answer. I thought so that it could be achieved with the custom fields.
To be sure I understand correct: the organizer will be removed from events, including in the module?
In an other topic I have read that there are plans for making a module for selecting events on custom fields. Is this still on your to do list?

1. Can you answer my additional questions in this topic (see above)?
2. One that came up in the meantime: is it possible to deactivate the payment function. So, a visitor can make a booking and an email goes out to the organizer (no payment is made).
