Hello, i have a Joomla 3 bilingual site whit the default joomla multilingual system, that means two categories for lenguajes and then articles and categorys manual association.

I need that the comments system works like one, between the multilingual associated items.

Thats means, that if i have:

Home LANG1 and Home LANG2 associateds, when a user post in Home LANG1 it is showed in Home LANG 2, and if a users from LANG2 replyies to the comment it is showed in the Home Lang 1 too....

It is posible to do this whit CComents? Thanks

I replied to your ticket few minutes ago:

CComment looks for the id. Each article in the different language has different ID and that's why we show different comments.
I think that what you want to achieve is actually possible without hacking ccomment. You could create your own copy of the content - ccomment plugin. And you could read the $row there look for the id of the article, the language and determine if you want to pass that $row to the comment system, or if you have to load the default language $row.

However I don't think that what you are trying to do is a good idea. Why is someone who doesn't speak spanish supposed to see the spanish comments???

Regards,
Daniel
