TOPIC: PRE SALE - Matukio - Feature Check

your plugin looks very great!
Actually I didn't know that Seminar grew like that (used it for almost four years).
I am trying to figure out if we can process our festival-booking with Matukio, looked over all pre-sales questions, but did not find anything that could help me out.
So we need some features running perfectly then – that's the list what we would need.
Would be nice to know if those things are possible with Matukio.

1) Ideally we would like to have our own ticket layout. Is it possible to customize the Ticket-PDF with a nice layout?
(what PDF-Library are you using)?

2) I am thinking in printing out one ticket per person that registers.
So for one purchase – let's say two parents, one child and one friend – I'd prefer to have four (4) PDFs generated (or one with four QR-Codes).
Is there a way? If not, what would you suggest?

3) Regarding (#2), what happens if only two appear in first place, and two check in later – is it possible to check them all in?

4) When you check in a ticket (by scanning a QR-Code or entering the Code), does it make the ticket invalid?

5) When registering i.E. like (#2), is it possible to only request ONE NAME (of the purchaser), but not the ones for the other purchased tickets?

Hope to hear your answer soon, to probably buy the extension. We're planning to start selling from Dec,1st.
Btw. I am a Web Developer, so I could customize many things on my own (as the PDF-customization-issue if needed), but prefer not to dig too deeply

Hi,

1.) Yes you can edit the ticket design in the backend with the normal WYSIWYG-Editor. Matukio uses TCPDF.

2.) No, currently not. Because the booking id is always the same.

3.) There is currently just one booking for these multiple seats, so just one check-in.

4.) Yes

5.) Yes you can set booking fields to be displayed per place (like first- and lastname are) or only once per booking.

I think I'll build a middleware QR-Generator (each seat one code) and check the booking-database for new bookings to send my kind of codes to the customer

For the rest this plugin seems pretty perfect...
