TOPIC: Product quantity updates in real time - Matukio

Hello,

We are looking for something that would forbid another user from purchasing a sponsorship if someone else already has it in their cart (before check out is complete). Is this something that Matukio Events would allow ?

Hi Jaclyn,

no sorry this is not possible with Matukio. That would require locking the place for X minutes etc. This is very difficult to achieve (Cronjob etc.)

Thanks for your quick reply. Does this extension allow for automated email setup such as confirmation emails once a ticket has been purchased?

Hm can you explain more? Matukio automatically (if don't disable it) sends a email after the booking (to both customer and organizer).

If the payment does not occur with the booking directly (like with bank transfer) and you later manually set the payment status to paid -> there is also an confirmation on that etc.

P.S.: You can customize almost all outgoing emails with an WYSIWYG Editor easily in the backend, including a lot of placeholders.
