TOPIC: How to extract names under the same booking ID

Hi there!

In the event a person registers 2 people, how should I extract the namelist of that 2 people? I can't find that in CSV/Singature List/Participants List. That is really weird!

Hi Safiyyah,

sorry for the late response - you posted in the pre-sales forum.

There are placeholders for this - MAT_BOOKING_OTHER_PERSON_DETAILS for signature list (you can't use it in CSV because it container newlines and html).

In the CSV file just use MAT_BOOKING_FIELDNAME2, MAT_BOOKING_FIELDNAME3 etc. (extend your template with it (for example MAT_BOOKING_FIRSTNAME2)
