HI,
If bank transfer is used as a payment method and the user gets an email with the event registration details, will the tickets already by available when the user goes to the event registration details on the website?

Hi Vincent,

sorry for the late response. Both is possible (There are settings for that). Normally the ticket is only generated for download / send when a booking is active (e.g. paid), but if you like you can send it directly.
