Is makito and Hotspot compatible for templates from rocketheme.com

Matukio and Hotspots are build on Bootstrap. So they should look good with Rockettheme. I haven't tested with every rockettheme template, but we have a lot of customers with rockettheme templates and both extensions work there was only an issue with a rockettheme plugin - rockbox or something of that sort. In the plugin settings you'll have to disable legacy mode and everything will be fine.
