I just purchased Matukio, and in my subscriptions it shows that it will activate in 2016! I bought it for now, not a year from now, and I can't download it anywhere. AND I couldn't find a simple "Contact Us" link anywhere on your site to make it easy for people like me to let you know something didn't work when I spent my money on your product(s). Please provide me with a link to download Matukio. I have signed out and then signed back in thinking that might make a difference. It did not. What else can I do?

When I renewed my subscription to Matukio, it was expired. Did I miss something? Do I already have a subscription until next year? If so, please refund me my money.

Hey Pat,
Sorry about that. We have a bug in the subscription process. Since you own another active extension from us the system is irronously assuming that the start date of your new sub should be the end date of the old one.

I've fixed that. Down at the bottom of the page we have an Email button, but since a lot of people start to claim that we don't provide a contact us button, I'll change this email button to contact us.

thank you for the feedback and sorry for the trouble. I've extended your sub with few weeks to compensate for the lost time and trouble.
