TOPIC: Can I have the software I purchased please...

Hi,

Just paid for Ccomment light and been through the payment process but when I clicked on the download link to get the software I got a 403 error. I was then unable to go back to the previous page as it had timed out. I've had a look around the site and nothing is appearing in my subscriptions for downloading the files but I do have a download ID for updating the software.

I also have a printed receipt and email receipt to confirm purchase.

Please advise.

Hey Joshua,
I'm sorry about that. Sometimes we don't receive the 2checkout callback and that's why your purchase was not automatically activated. I've fixed this now and you should be able to download the software now (just in case log out and login again).
