Hi, does Hotspots integrate with any membership or social components with accounts and profiles? Or is there a way for users to create an account that records their hotspots that they create?

Hey Cork,
What integration are you after? We have a jomsocial and CB plugins. The jomsocial plugins shows the latest activity in the stream, the CB plugin shows the hotspots that the user has created on a map.
And we have a custom view with the user's hotspots.
