Hi there:
I received an email that states "Ho-ho-ho! Merry Christmas! We have a free light subscription for you! "
I try entering the code I received and it still shows that I will be billed 29 Euros. Is there something I'm not understanding about the offer?

Hey Ken,
The mail was sent to all users with active subscriptions. The condition for the light sub was that you have an active subscription and you are logged in. Your subscription has expired shortly after you got the mail and that is why the coupon code didn't have any effect on the subscription.
I have now manually enabled your light subscription
