TOPIC: Pre-sale question

we need to set up a website for a congress.
We need to have group registration, i.e. a group leader registering all group members with some user defined fields to gather specific information (i.e., celiac or other for foods and so on). The requirement is that the group leader can enter names and submit requests, but he/she can need later to add new people, edit details and/or cancel members of his/her group, and to have some report (member list, maybe export,...) directly in the front-end.
Can we achieve this using matukio?

aye, you can book multiple places (you can limit the numbers or not) with one booking form and you can define which fields you want per seat or just once per booking.

You can also do multiple bookings (add new people) or change the current booking (add / remove seats and details) if you want. (Try out the demo page (an event where multiple places are allowed) and after your booking you are redirect to your own booking area, where you can do all the things you asked for - as a joomla user you just have a My bookings button in the eventlist too)

So basically yes - looks like everything you ask for can be done in Matukio

Only thing is the export, that can be done in the frontend, but only as organizer (which have control in also editing their events / bookings).

One more question. I tried the demo site. I booked 2 plaeces. Then I came back wanting to add one more places.
I set 3 places... and all the data of my previous 2 booked placed were deleted!
What did I do wrong?
