If we need any customization made is this possible, who would do it and at what cost

Also, when I export the database of registrations and i open in Excel it appears as entries with commas
Can it not be exported so that it opens in columns in excel?

We offer extension customizations (including discounts if all Matukio users profit) - for a quote we would need some more details

The organizer (you and if you want BCC emails) gets always a registration notification (with the payment and booking status), so that's already in there.

Can it not be exported so that it opens in columns in excel?

You can set the csv separator in the settings and normally excel works fine with semicolon ; (You can also specify it manually using the import function in Excel..)
