Dear Support.

I am interested in purchasing Hotspots but I have a pre sales question. I have an existing website here www.info-namibia.com/ and I would like to change the map functionality to Google maps. For that it would be necessary to use one map with all the markers of the accommodations (around 700) but the same map should show on different pages with different geographical areas. For example if you would have a Germany map: I would have several markers on the same map like 3 hotels in Munich and 3 hotels in Berlin. If you click on a menu link "Berlin" it would show a view of Berlin with the 3 hotels. If you would click "Munich" it would open the same map but would show a view of Munich and the three hotels. In the maps you should of course be able to navigate from Munich to Berlin for instance. Is that possible with Hotspots?

Kind regards,
Sebastian

Hey Sebastian,
Normally we have just 1 center location and zoom, but you can override this in the menu using this trick:
compojoom.com/support/documentation/hotspots/ch05s08
You'll still have the same component with the same categories, but you can determine for each button the start location and zoom.
Berlin will be zoomed on berlin, Paris will be zoomed on paris etc. The user will be able to zoom out & navigate to paris on the berlin page. He will also be able to zoom out and navigate to berlin from the paris page, but this is how maps work :)

Cheers,
Daniel
