Hello!
I'd like to know if hotspot has a mobile Layout and if is it possible to integrate it inside an app.

No, unfortunately it hasn't. We are about to release hotspots 4, that doesn't look great on phones (unless you have a high resolution display). The plan is to improve the usability on phones with 4.1.
