Hi
I was wondering - is it possible to create different emails for a customer once they have booked - according to the ticket they have purchased.
Also if someone 'pays' offline - ie they want to pay by cheque - can that person get a different email to someone who pays online (via Paypal for example)
Thanks

Andrew

Hmm currently not without changing the code.

The email and reactions are already a bit different (e.g. status, text etc.) what different text would you like to send? ;)

Kind regards,

Yves

P.S.: We also have a live demo including backend access (left side on the demo page)

Ok I try to be clearer!
If someone decides to pay by cheque - for example - we would want to send them the address to post the cheque to
or if someone wants to pay by Bank Transfer - we would want to send them the bank details
(the above info could be in the same email)
But if someone pays by Paypal - we wouldn't want to send them the bank details and address!
(Hope that makes sense!)
Now - we also take deposits for booking on courses.
So for instance a course costs £300
There is a minimum deposit of £100 to book the course
When they pay the deposit we need to send them an email which tells them how to pay the remainder and by when.
Now this email needs to be different to the one sent when someone has paid in full.

best

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

i fear that's not possible without changing the code.

These informations (like bank details) are shown after the booking (by the plugin), based on your settings. (There are also placeholders to send some of them via mail, but not based on active payment select)

Kind regards,

Yves
