is it possible to create different emails for a customer once they have booked - according to the ticket they have purchased.
Hmm currently not without changing the code.
Also if someone 'pays' offline - ie they want to pay by cheque - can that person get a different email to someone who pays online (via Paypal for example)
The email and reactions are already a bit different (e.g. status, text etc.) what different text would you like to send?
